The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Shipping & Delivery

• I ship UPS overnight pretty much exclusively.    This will usually be around 35-50.00 based on where you live.    
• I do offer Free shipping on all orders over 250.00 as well
•  I have been shipping long enough to know that things can always happen in transit that can affect the health of the coral.
• My policy is as simple as this, if your stuff is DOA when it arrives I will replace them.  If you send a pic of healthy coral, clearly not affectedly by shipping, or offer me any other evidence that they arrived ok, but die sometime after delivery, I will not pay to ship you replacements.  However, I'll be more than willing to include replacements with a future order.
• Sometimes I may ask to see a pic at my own discretion. 
• Please do not send me pics of you holding the frag, out of the water under typical incandescent house lighting.  I don't need to see this. Get the frag in your tank asap.
